I am completely getting the hang of the breakfast concept now – it’s fast becoming my favourite meal of the day.
I keep it pretty simple in the mornings, as I’m usually in a pretty big rush to get out of the house and on with my day. I like things that don’t take much time to prepare but still leave me energised for the day ahead.
Yesterday’s consisted of a banana/coconut milk smoothie and bowl of giant strawberries with grapes. I also usually try to drink about a litre of water when I first wake up too.
