Vegan bites – veggie snack wraps 

 Two gym sessions later and a day of organising my closet for five hours straight left me one very hunnngry girl last night! 

I made veggie wraps after my second gym outing – avocado (of course), carrot batons, spinach, a little drizzled plum sauce and wholewheat wraps.

DIVINE. I could eat these until they come out of my ears. 😜 

 
On a side note, less than two weeks until I leave for Europe. I’m so excited although I still have a huge amount to organise.
